01 Shipping & Delivery
What delivery time should I expect?
The estimated total delivery time is 16-45 business days, including order processing and transit.
Actual delivery time may vary depending on the product, destination, carrier operations, and circumstances outside the reasonable control of Huslu or the carrier. Please see our Shipping Policy for additional information.
How can I follow the progress of my shipment?
After your order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number will be sent to the email address used for the order.
Enter the tracking number at 17TRACK to view the latest available shipping updates. If you cannot find the email or need assistance, contact [email protected] with your order number.
Where does Huslu currently deliver?
Huslu ships to the United States and many other supported countries and regions.
Availability may vary by product, package size, carrier coverage, and delivery address. Enter your complete address at checkout to confirm availability or contact us before ordering if your destination is unavailable.
Is standard shipping free?
Standard shipping is free for most orders delivered to supported destinations.
Heavy, oversized, fragile, or unusually difficult-to-deliver products and carrier-designated remote or special-service areas may require an additional charge. If a charge is required, Huslu will contact you by email with the amount and available options before dispatch.
Can I request expedited shipping?
Expedited shipping may be available for selected products and destinations. Contact [email protected] before ordering so we can confirm availability, estimated delivery time, and cost.
Once an expedited shipment has been dispatched, the expedited shipping charge is non-refundable.
Can I correct my delivery address after ordering?
Contact [email protected] as soon as possible with your order number and the corrected address.
We will try to update the address if the order has not entered fulfillment or been shipped. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after dispatch.
Why might items from one order arrive separately?
Products may be packed or shipped separately because of differences in size, availability, packaging requirements, or fulfillment location. Each dispatched package will receive its own tracking information when available.
What happens if a delivery is refused or the address is incorrect?
If a dispatched package is refused or cannot be delivered because the address provided is incorrect or incomplete, the customer is responsible for the actual carrier charges caused by the failed delivery and return.
Any eligible refund or redelivery option will be reviewed after the returned package has been received and inspected.
02 Returns & Refunds
What makes a product eligible for return?
A return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. The product must remain unused and uninstalled, with its original packaging, parts, accessories, and documentation.

How do I start a return request?
Email [email protected] with your order number, the product concerned, the reason for the request, and relevant photos when applicable.
Wait for written return instructions and the confirmed return address before shipping the package.
Who pays for return shipping?
For an eligible return that is not caused by confirmed shipping damage, a product defect, or an incorrect product sent by Huslu, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Huslu does not provide a prepaid return label for these ordinary returns.
If a return is required because of confirmed shipping damage, a product defect, or an incorrect product sent by Huslu, Huslu will cover the related return shipping cost.
Always wait for written return instructions and use the confirmed return address before shipping a product.
What information is needed when an item arrives damaged?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery and keep all original packaging while the issue is reviewed. Please provide:
- your order number;
- clear photos of the damaged product;
- photos of the inner and outer packaging;
- a photo of the shipping label; and
- a short description of the damage.
For damage such as broken glass, a dented shade, or a damaged frame, Huslu will first review whether replacement parts can resolve the issue. Confirmed replacement parts will be provided at no additional charge.
If replacement parts cannot reasonably resolve the confirmed issue, Huslu may provide a replacement product or another agreed resolution. If a return is required because of confirmed shipping damage or a product defect, Huslu will cover the related return shipping cost.
What happens if I receive the wrong product or a package is incomplete?
Review the order confirmation first, then contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, clear photos of the product, product label, packaging, and shipping label, and a description of what is incorrect or missing.
If Huslu confirms that the wrong product was sent, we will arrange the correct product or another agreed resolution. If a return is required, Huslu will cover the related return shipping cost as well as the shipping cost for the corrected product. Please keep all packaging until the case has been reviewed.
When is an approved refund issued?
An eligible refund is issued to the original payment method after the returned product has been received and inspected. Refund processing may take up to 5 business days.
After the refund is issued, PayPal normally requires an additional 1-2 business days to post the funds. Actual timing may vary by payment provider.
Does Huslu charge a restocking fee?
No. Huslu does not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns. The restocking fee is $0.
May I send a return without contacting Huslu?
No. Returns require prior approval and a confirmed return address. An unapproved package may not be identifiable or eligible for processing.
03 Orders & Payment
Which payment option is available at checkout?
Huslu currently accepts PayPal. The available payment option will be displayed during checkout. You can also review our Payment Method page.
How do I know that my order was received?
After a successful order, a confirmation email is sent to the email address entered at checkout. Check your spam or junk folder if it does not appear in your inbox.
If the confirmation is still missing, contact us before attempting a second payment.
Can an order be changed after it is placed?
Email [email protected] within 24 hours of placing the order and explain the requested change.
We will check whether the change can still be made. Orders that have already shipped cannot be modified.
How do I request an order cancellation?
Send your request to [email protected] within 24 hours of placing the order. A cancellation can only be completed if the order has not entered fulfillment or been shipped.
Does Huslu offer made-to-order changes?
No. Huslu does not currently provide customization services. The available sizes, finishes, colors, and configurations are shown on each product page.
04 Product Information
Are bulbs supplied with Huslu products?
No. Bulbs are not included with any Huslu product.
Review the product specifications for the required bulb base, wattage, and quantity before purchasing. A product with an integrated LED light source does not require a separate replaceable bulb.
How can I confirm that a fixture supports dimming?
Dimming capability varies by product. A fixture using replaceable bulbs may require both a dimmable bulb and a compatible dimmer switch. An integrated LED product may require a compatible dimmable driver.
Use the product-page specifications as the primary reference and contact us before purchasing if dimming is required.
How much suspension cable is normally supplied?
Most pendant lights are supplied with approximately 59 inches (150 cm) of cable.
The exact length depends on the product. If your installation requires a longer drop, contact us before ordering so we can confirm the supplied cable and whether another length is available for that model.
How do I check whether a fixture is suitable for U.S. voltage?
Voltage requirements vary by product. Review the specifications on the product page before ordering.

Where can I verify dimensions, finishes, and materials?
The specifications on the product page are the primary reference. Slight differences may occur because of screen settings, photography, material characteristics, manufacturing processes, or manual measurement.

How can I verify electrical certification?

05 Installation & Use
Are English installation instructions included?
Products usually include installation instructions in English. Read the instructions fully and check that all listed components are present before beginning installation.
What should I do if the instructions are missing?
Email [email protected] with the product name and order number. We will provide the available installation documentation.
Should a qualified electrician install the fixture?
Yes. Hardwired lighting should be installed by a qualified electrician in accordance with the product instructions and applicable local electrical and building requirements.
Can any Huslu fixture be installed outdoors?
No. Only install a product outdoors when its product page explicitly identifies it as suitable for outdoor use and provides the applicable protection rating.
What should be checked before installation begins?
Confirm the product dimensions, voltage, bulb base, maximum wattage, mounting surface, installation location, and included components. Switch off the electrical supply and ensure that the mounting point provides adequate support and clearance.
06 Tracking & After-sales Support
Why has my tracking information not changed?
Tracking may take several business days to appear after dispatch. A package can also be moving between carrier facilities or transportation stages without receiving a new scan.
Check the number again on 17TRACK. If no update appears for an extended period, contact us with your order number and tracking number.
What if tracking says delivered but the package is missing?
Check the delivery location, household members, neighbors, building reception, and any safe-place instructions. Confirm that the shipping address and carrier scan are correct.
If the package is still missing, contact [email protected] with the order and tracking details.
What should I include in an after-sales request?
To help us review the issue efficiently, include:
- your order number;
- clear photos of the product and packaging;
- a short video when it helps demonstrate the issue;
- the relevant tracking information; and
- a concise description of what happened and when it was noticed.
