Secure Payment Methods
Huslu currently provides PayPal and a debit or credit card option through PayPal on eligible orders. The payment choices available to you are shown before you authorize payment.
Pay with your PayPal account
Select PayPal, sign in to your PayPal account, review the order amount, and approve the payment in PayPal's secure window.
Pay by card through PayPal
When the “Debit or Credit Card” option is displayed, you can enter your card details in PayPal's secure payment window. The card option may vary by country or region, device, currency, and order eligibility.
Please note: Huslu does not ask you to send your full card number, PayPal password, or other payment credentials by email. Always complete payment through the secure payment options shown on huslu.com.
Payment currency and final amount
Prices are displayed in the currency selected on the website. Review the final currency and total shown before confirming payment. Your bank or payment provider may apply currency-conversion or international transaction fees.
Payment confirmation
After a successful payment, you should receive an order confirmation email. If it does not arrive, check your spam folder and confirm that the email address entered with the order is correct.
If a payment is declined or remains pending
- Confirm that your billing information is correct.
- Check with PayPal or your card issuer for any authorization restrictions.
- Avoid submitting the same payment repeatedly while its status is pending.
- Contact Huslu before trying again if you are unsure whether the order was created.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. The time required for the credit to appear depends on PayPal, your card issuer, or your bank. Please review our Return & Refund Policy for eligibility and instructions.
